Peppy Mail is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides email extraction and cold email marketing tools. As such, we do not ship physical products or goods.
All our services are delivered electronically through our web-based platform, which is accessible via modern web browsers. No physical shipping or delivery is involved in our service provision.
Upon successful registration and/or subscription payment, you will immediately gain access to the features included in your selected plan (Free, Starter, or Pro).
Access to our services is provided through your user account, which you can log into using the credentials established during the registration process.
Peppy Mail strives to maintain a high level of service availability. However, occasional maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access to our platform.
We aim to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible and work diligently to resolve any unplanned service disruptions promptly.
When you purchase a subscription plan (Starter or Pro), your account will be upgraded immediately after the payment is successfully processed. You should have instant access to all features included in your subscription plan.
In rare cases where there might be a delay in activation, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to process your subscription. If your subscription is not activated within this timeframe, please contact our support team at peppy.mail.sprt@gmail.com.
